Standard Setup

Freshly prepared and delivered ready to enjoy, our Standard option includes buffet setup with disposable serving utensils, menu description cards and optional disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery (additional charge). Everything you need for a successful event is included when you order a package or 'a la carte'.

Elevated Setup

Elevated Setup enhances your buffet with premium disposable chafing dishes that keep hot foods at the perfect serving temperature throughout your event. Complete with black serving utensils, menu cards, and optional plates, napkins, and cutlery, it's an ideal choice for meetings, conferences, and events where both presentation and convenience matter.

*Premium disposable chafing dishes are available for $16 each. Our catering specialists will recommend the appropriate quantity based on your selected menu and guest count.

Elegant Setup

Create an unforgettable dining experience with our most refined buffet presentation. We provide everything needed for a beautifully styled event, including buffet tables with premium linens, stainless steel chafing dishes, silver serving utensils, elegant décor, and professionally designed menu cards and food signage. Our team arrives approximately one hour before your event to complete the setup, then returns afterward—or the following day—to retrieve all equipment. For events of 200 guests or more, buffet attendants are available to maintain the presentation and ensure a seamless dining experience throughout your event.
