Bring the experience to your guests with paella cooked live on-site by our chefs. Our team sets up a dedicated cooking station where guests can watch their paella come together before serving themselves fresh from the pan.

On-site Chefs + Service Staff
Tapas are tray-passed while our chefs prepare the paella. Our service team handles setup, maintains the paella station throughout service, and breaks it down at the end of the event.
What We Need:
A minimum 12' × 12' cooking area, separate from guest seating and mingling, with shade or umbrellas provided for our chefs.
High-end disposable plates, napkins, and utensils work beautifully for this style of event and may be provided by you or added through Havana Catering for an additional charge.
